our services, including senders, recipients, or website visitors.

and foreign currency exchange services, provided both in-store and
online.
"App" – Quick Money
Services' mobile application used for initiating transactions.
"Sender" – An individual initiating a
money transfer.
"Recipient" –
The individual receiving the transferred money.
"Transaction" – A request submitted to
send money via our platform.
"Transaction
Amount" – The total value the sender intends to transfer, not
including any fees.
"Payout
Amount" – The final amount the recipient receives after
applicable conversions and fees.
"Payment
Instrument" – A valid form of payment, such as a bank account,
credit or debit card.
"Service
Provider" – Includes banks, exchange houses, and third-party
payment processors.
"Verify" –
The identity verification process required by Quick Money Services.
"Website" – Our online portal
available at www.quickmoneyservices.com.au.
Quick Money Services provides remittance and travel money exchange services accessible in-person or online. Customers are required to register and provide accurate personal details, including valid ID, email, and phone number. Registered users can conduct transactions through their profile.
You may not conduct transactions on behalf of others. Quick Money Services does not send direct notifications to recipients; however, confirmation emails may be sent to both parties. Communication is primarily through email unless otherwise legally required. It is your responsibility to keep your contact details current.

Quick Money Services retains the right to reject transactions at its discretion. Incomplete or inaccurate information may result in transaction delays or refusals.
When initiating a transfer, you agree to cover:
Payment is due upon submission. In the case of chargebacks or additional fees, you are responsible for reimbursing Quick Money Services. We reserve the right to attempt payment using any saved method.
Quick Money Services and its affiliates may earn revenue through currency exchange margins. Displayed exchange rates are subject to change and may not be valid for future transactions. Your bank or card issuer may charge additional fees.
Transactions are processed through authorized service providers. Availability of payment methods may vary depending on location. If the recipient cannot be located or verified, funds may be returned to the sender.
Recipients may need to complete identity verification before receiving funds. Payouts may be withheld if verification is not completed.
Transactions can be canceled only if the funds have not yet been disbursed.
Where applicable, refunds are processed within four (4) business days, excluding applicable fees.
If an error occurs due to incorrect instructions from the sender, Quick Money Services is not liable for misdirected funds but will attempt recovery when possible.
Refunds are returned via the original payment method and currency.
Quick Money Services adheres to Australian laws requiring identity verification to prevent illegal activities such as money laundering. Users may be asked to submit identification such as a passport or driver’s license. We may use government and third-party systems for verification.
We handle your information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988. By using our services, you consent to our use of your data for processing, fraud prevention, and compliance. Your information may be shared with authorities if legally required.
Our liability is limited to AUD 100.00, plus a refund of the transaction amount and related fees. We are not responsible for losses caused by:
